David,

In reference to our phone conversation today, I like to confirm that PMPF will 
provide you with a proposal for the new top coat system at your plant in 
Santiago, Mexico.
We will require three weeks to prepare a proposal.
PMPF will supply, install and start up the system with-in 9 months.
We will start preparing the proposal Monday February 20, 2012, unless we get 
different directives from you Monday.

Please provide information regarding production rate, size of product 
(including skid) to be coated, length (skid/product),height (product on
skid) and width.
Cure temperature and cure time for the oven.
Available clear height below trusses in building.
Is the system elevated with spray booth bottom sections located on the plant 
floor.

Do we have to follow Daimler specifications or should we propose the most cost 
efficient system, with the same or better performance.
